RETURNS
All items in my shop are custom made and are not returnable. Cancellations of orders must be requested within 72 hours of purchase.
DEPOSITS
All items must be paid in full prior to the start of work. This is necessary to secure the wood and book the time needed to design and create custom works of art. Exception: All furniture orders require a 50% deposit with the balance of the total due upon delivery.
DAMAGED IN DELIVERY
All items are inspected closely for flaws, cracks, blemishes and weaknesses prior to shipment or delivery. Please keep in mind that wood is a natural product and will have unique characteristics such as knots and variations in grain. Occasionally items are damaged during the shipping process. If an item is received damaged, please reach out to me directly. I will ask for pictures showing the damage and will then provide a return label for the item to be sent back for replacement. Items will not be replaced without first receiving the damaged product. In the event that an item is received and the glass has been damaged, please contact us for assistance with the replacement.

It is important to a small business that potential customers can trust my product and services and testimonials help immensely with that trust. If you have had a negative experience, I ask that you please reach out to me directly to allow me the chance to make it right before leaving a review. TURNAROUND TIME
Custom orders take 3-4 weeks to create and ship. This is the standard time frame from which to plan. However, if I am able to complete your product sooner, I will. Occasionally, circumstances beyond my control make it necessary to push back a promised date, but I will be in close communication with all customers should this become necessary.
VACATION
During the times that we are on vacation, the home page will have details of this. Once vacation has started, we will not be answering any questions or emails. They will be responded to in the order that they were received upon the end of said vacation.
